Russ Panzer was born and raised in Artesia, NM. Graduated from Texas Tech University and went to seminary at Asbury Theological Seminary. Russ began his ministry with PMC in 2021.

Scott Keener was born and raised in Lubbock, TX and has served in churches in this area for the better part of two decades. He joined our team in 2018 and is blessed to share his life with his wife Morgan and two sons Jackson and Henry.

Hollie Williams was born and raised in Plainview, TX and joined our team in 2021 with a passion to engage our kids in God's love. She is also a very accomplished Concert Violinist with many accolades and is married to Gary (a Hall of Fame musician as well!)

Lacy Kerbo was born and raised here in Plainview, TX and joined the staff team in 2022 after serving for many years in Education. She is married to Kelly and has two amazing kids, Ailey and Braedyn.

Laura Franco joined our team in 2019 and is a blessing and delight to everyone that has the chance to meet her!
